Get answers to your questions before you set sail.

We recommend making reservations well in advance of your visit. Reservations can be made on our website. Payment in full is due at time of booking. Your journey aboard Craft includes a cruise with unique views of Downtown Tampa and an elevated meal. We have upgrades and extras available including a full bar for purchase with credit card onboard.

The ticket purchased to reserve your reservation includes: 3-course brunch, lunch or dinner and cruise. Gratuity, beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic) and optional upgrades are available for purchase on the boat.

No. Gratuity is to be paid onboard directly to your server. For parties of 7 or more guests an automated gratuity of 22% is charged.

Craft is located at the dock adjacent to Sparkman Wharf: 603 Channelside Drive, Tampa, FL 33602. Boarding commences 45 minutes before the scheduled cruise departure time.

Your reservation does not include parking. We highly recommend allowing extra time for parking and traffic. Parking is available at many locations including the Garrison Street Parking Lot and Channelside Parking Garage.

Reservations are non-refundable but are transferable. Customers must provide 72 hours’ notice prior to departure time for a full credit when transferring reservations. A $25 per person transfer fee will apply for any reservation transfer made after the 72-hour mark. Any transfer within 24 hours of the cruise time or not showing for a cruise will result in a 100% forfeiture of the reservation.

Craft cruises rain or shine. Craft follows the guidelines set by the U.S. Coast Guard.

We strive for a sophisticated dining experience onboard Craft. Please choose attire both polished and suited for a unique culinary and cocktail river journey! Refrain from wearing excessively revealing clothing, exposed undergarments, clothing with offensive language or graphics, ball caps, athletic wear including gym shorts, t-shirts, leggings and sweatpants, torn jeans or torn pants. Admittance onboard Craft is at the discretion of management who reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who arrive in attire not fitting for our dress code. We appreciate your cooperation.

Craft office hours are Monday-Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Please refer to our reservations calendar to view the river cruise schedule.

Yes. For parties of 9 to 24 guests please email info@crafttampa.com. For parties of 25 or more guests please email sales@crafttampa.com.

No, Craft is a smoke-free vessel. We ask you to refrain from smoking of any kind.

Craft operates on a cashless system, accepting all major credit cards and Apple Pay for onboard purchases. Gratuity can be settled with cash, credit card, or Apple Pay.

Craft welcomes all ages aboard the vessel. However, we do not offer a kid’s menu. For additional questions, please email: info@crafttampa.com.

In accordance with US Coast Guard regulation, all passengers and their belongings brought on to our vessels are subject to search and screening. In order to expedite this process, we ask that you please do not bring any unnecessary bags on board and please make sure that all gifts are in gift bags or unwrapped for easy screening.
