How do I make reservations onboard Craft?

We recommend making reservations well in advance of your visit. Reservations can be made on our website. Payment in full is due at time of booking. Your journey aboard Craft includes a cruise with unique views of Downtown Tampa and an elevated meal. We have upgrades and extras available including a full bar for purchase with credit card onboard.

The ticket purchased to reserve your cruise includes: Lunch or Dinner, Dessert & tea, coffee and soda.

Gratuity, beverages (alcoholic and nonalcoholic), appetizers and optional upgrades are available for purchase on the boat.

No. Gratuity is not included in the ticket price. Gratuity is paid onboard directly to your server. For parties of 7 or more guests, a 22% automatic gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Yes. Any guests wishing to dine with vegan or vegetarian options can request the following meal:

Coconut Curried Vegetables served over Chinese Black Rice with Lemongrass infused Leeks, Sautéed Asparagus, Heirloom Tomato Relish, & Pickled Cauliflower.

Craft is located at the dock adjacent to Sparkman Wharf: 603 Channelside Drive, Tampa, FL 33602. Boarding commences 45 minutes before the scheduled cruise departure time.

Your reservation does not include parking. Parking is available for a charge at many locations in the Channelside area. We highly recommend allowing extra time for parking and traffic.

Craft strongly advises parking at the Channelside Parking Garage located at 369 South 12th Street, Tampa, Florida, 33602 which is located across (catty-corner) the street from our location. If you choose to park in the parking garage please bring your parking ticket onboard and we will discount it during the cruise so you may receive a discounted rate for parking. If there is an attendant at the garage you will receive a discounted parking rate by showing your cruise confirmation.

Please be sure to forward this information to any additional drivers that are with your party.

All reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is made. However, we offer optional Trip Protection, which allows you to cancel up to 24 hours before your departure and receive either a full reimbursement or store credit – excluding the Trip Protection fee. Trip Protection is not available for select cruises, including holiday and special event cruises. Please check your specific cruise details before purchasing. Trip Protection does not apply to no-shows, late arrivals, or cancellations made within 24 hours of departure. These will result in a 100% forfeiture of payment.

Craft cruises rain or shine. Craft follows the guidelines set by the U.S. Coast Guard.

We strive for a sophisticated dining experience onboard Craft. To help us maintain a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere, the following clothing items are not permitted for any guests: Excessively revealing attire (examples: bikini tops, sheer garments without underlayers). Mesh or see-through clothing. Overly torn or distressed pants. Attire exposing nipples or other private areas. Clothing with offensive or inappropriate language or graphics. Clothing emitting marijuana odor.

Admittance is at the discretion of the Captain. The Captain will enforce the dress code at the gangway. Guests not in compliance with Manthey Hospitality’s dress code may either change into appropriate attire or reschedule their cruise. Thank you for respecting these guidelines so all guests may enjoy a comfortable dining and cruising experience.

Yes. For parties of 9 to 24 guests please email [email protected]. For parties of 25 or more guests please email [email protected].

To ensure smooth service and an elevated experience for all guests, we do not offer separate checks. However, we are happy to accommodate up to four credit cards per party, with the bill split evenly among them.

Craft is a smoke-free vessel during all public cruises. However, we do offer a monthly cigar dinner cruise where cigar smoking is permitted.

Yes, Craft is wheelchair accessible.

Craft operates on a cashless system, accepting all major credit cards and Apple Pay for onboard purchases. Gratuity can be settled with cash, credit card, or Apple Pay.

Yes. We accept reservations right up until the scheduled cruise time, provided there is still space available on the vessel. We recommend checking our live booking calendar for reservations and availability.

Craft welcomes guests of all ages aboard the vessel. Please note, we do not offer a kid’s menu. Additionally, all guests – including infants – must have a ticket to board and be included in the total guest count. For additional questions, please email: [email protected].

In accordance with US Coast Guard regulation, all passengers and their belongings brought on to our vessels are subject to search and screening. In order to expedite this process, we ask that you please do not bring any unnecessary bags on board and please make sure that all gifts are in gift bags or unwrapped for easy screening.

Guests are welcome to bring their own wine only. A corkage fee of $50 per 750ml bottle will apply. Please note that outside beer, liquor, or spirits are strictly prohibited.

Yes. Gift cards can be purchased online or in person at our Tampa Ticket Booth: 603 Channelside Drive, Tampa, FL 33602.
