Allison’s career as a professional chef began twenty years ago. Chef Allison’s passion for food started at a young age in her grandmother’s kitchen where she learned how food can bring people together.
As a Tampa native, Chef Allison knew she always wanted to return to the bay to make a difference in the culinary industry. As her desire grows, she has taken much pride in specifically curating Craft’s unique menu to take guests on an elevated culinary journey like never before. Guests can expect an adventure exploring cuisines- think American fusion meets tradition.
“There is so much that can be learned about a culture from its food including: ingredients, spices, terrain, cooking equipment and techniques. I’m inspired by the concept of CRAFT: craft of culinary arts, craft of elevated cocktails and spirits, craft of a vessel that takes you on an explorative journey. The whole idea is represented by one word, and I love that.”
